⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or fault
  • Keep all original packaging

We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Important: Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report any visible damage to the courier before signing.
